After much anticipation in recent months, Blunt and Envy have now unveiled and launched their newest line of stunt scooters, the S8 Prodigy Series, and we at SkateHut couldn't be more thrilled! Let's dive straight into the details. Here's all the information you need about the Blunt Envy S8 collection.
UNBOXING the Street Edition
The Street Edition includes a Pearl Blue Grey and a Black Gold model, both of which are stunning. They follow a similar design with the only variation being the colour of the deck and wheels. The T-shaped bars have a matte powder-coated black finish that adds a premium and minimalist look to these scooters from the double clamp upwards.

All the logos are professionally etched and emit a bright rainbow shimmer. As it's a street deck, it offers a generous and spacious design. The pearl blue features a bluey gunmetal grey deck, while the gold/black showcases a molecular-inspired design in either color on the side and underside of the deck.
The grip tape is split, with the bold Prodigy logo cutting through the middle in an iridescent rainbow glimmer. Regarding the wheels, they closely resemble the new Blunt tri-bearing wheels, minus the grooves. There's also a large cutout on the underside of the deck, which reduces weight and enhances the iridescent design that sparkles impressively. With two raised lips on either side of the deck, grinds become much smoother as they reduce friction and simplify the process. These two stunning new scooters are definitely worth a look if you're into pro-riding.
Blunt Prodigy S8 Series - First Glance
We have six world-exclusive scooters for you, straight out of the box. The first thing to note is how incredibly light these scooters are, thanks to the cutouts on the underside of the deck and other enhancements. As a result of these and a few other changes, an impressive 0.5kg has been shaved off compared to the Prodigy S7 model! Blunt and Envy have certainly raised the bar here with innovations to reduce weight. The bars are matte black with a different top compared to the street series. At the front of the deck, the fork is visible in the head tube with large cutouts, and there are plenty of specific details that make the S8 series stand out. So, check out the big six!
Envy Prodigy S8 - Burnt Pipe

The Burnt Pipe colouring gives all the details a lovely purple shimmer. The gap core wheels are both 120mm, featuring a black tire and an elegant gold. They also come with plenty of iridescent stickers.
Envy Prodigy S8 - Jade

The Jade edition is glittery and vibrant, with purple and green shimmers reacting to the light. It complements the shape of the deck well, which is elongated with nylon inserts and cutouts. The wheels match the overall colour theme.

This scooter boasts a multi-colourway that enhances the shiny stickers. Additionally, there's a squared plaid pattern on the underside that distinguishes this oil slick from others. The wheels feature a blue individualistic pearl-style glaze.

The most vibrant design by far, featuring a rainbow of ink with a watery or smoky effect. This particular colourway varies on each side of this ultra-cool deck. The white cutout complements the wheels, which are white with a black core.
