Introducing the SkateHut Team

Introducing the SkateHut Team

A common question we receive through our social channels is, "Are you sponsoring?" Over the years, we've had the privilege to collaborate with numerous outstanding scooter and skateboard athletes, but we all felt it had been way too long since we last had a fully sponsored SkateHut team.

In the past, we have sponsored Scooter athletes, but recently, we have grown our team to include four members. TwoStunt Scooterriders, a Skateboarder, and a Roller Skater.

Let's meet our four official pro riders:

Jordan Hall

Currently ranked second in Europe and tenth globally, Jordan's park approach is so technically advanced that he consistently pulls off tricks many of his peers avoid for fear of ruining their run! In addition to being sponsored by SkateHut, Jordan is also backed by Rollbackworld and GAIN Protection.

Jamie Hull

Jamie Hull recently claimed victory at the World Championships in Argentina. He has also been the UK Champion twice and was the first to land a triple backflip on wood.

Jamie possesses a very strong mindset and attack mode that he switches on during high-pressure situations, which can significantly benefit him in competitions.

Corey Roper

When considering sponsoring a Skateboarder, we wanted someone local to us. We had seen Corey at several events and jams around the Midlands, so we knew he was committed to the sport. Corey is an emerging Skater, having just secured third place in The Survival Of The Sickest competition, which was his first time competing.

April Alforque

April is our first-everroller skatesponsor and is also based locally. April's skate style mainly involves dance and freestyle, and she has just learned how to do the backbend. It's a move you perform on your toes before transitioning to some floorwork. Imagine doing the limbo on skates while keeping your abs engaged throughout. We absolutely love the Roller Skating scene and are eager to see what moves April will come up with next!
