SkateHut has recently been undergoing some thrilling transformations that were kept under wraps for a while. Now our top-secret project is no longer a secret, and we’re ready to announce it proudly! OnSaturday, 18th May 2019we are set to open a brand new SkateHut retail store in Salford, Greater Manchester.
This establishment will be our fourth skate shop in the UK and will be situated inside Graystone Action Sports Academy. Address: 47 Brunel Avenue, Salford, Greater Manchester.

Cutting-Edge Skate!
True to SkateHut’s unique style, the store will not feature a conventional high street retail design. The new shop will carry all your favorites: skateboards, scooters, longboards, skates, bikes, protective gear, parts, clothing, skate shoes, and so much more! You could literally arrive at the park with nothing, stop by our shop, and leave equipped as a genuine skater, with all the gear you need.
Once the official ribbon-cutting takes place, the store hours will be as follows:
- Monday - 10am - 6pm
- Tuesday - 10am - 6pm
- Wednesday - 10am - 6pm
- Thursday - 10am - 6pm
- Friday - 10am - 6pm
- Saturday - 9:30am - 6pm
- Sunday - 9:30am - 6pm
What is Graystone Academy?
The Graystone Action Sports centre is the premier indoor training facility in Manchester for action sports. If you’ve never visited, we encourage you to take a trip there. The Graystone Academy is a progression-based action sports venue suitable for all ages and skill levels. The team offers coaching sessions and lessons for anyone looking to refine their skills and advance to a higher level. The facility includes a skate plaza, a super trampoline, a cliff drop, and a foam pit. Not to mention a bar/restaurant called The View with offering a great view of the park, serving hot food from various global cuisines, organic coffee, draught beer, and bespoke cocktails.
