The Savouries:
Bacon –
Simple and because why not. Hats off to the Americans for pairing bacon with pancakes, we commend you!
Cheese, spinach, and egg –
We owe this one to the French! If you're particularly skilled, you can serve it as a crepe with the egg centered and the sides folded in.
Smoked salmon and cream cheese -
It’s delightful on a bagel, so why not use it as a delicious pancake filling?!
Cheddar, smoked ham, Dijon mustard, and fresh tomatoes –
Another tasty option inspired by the French. Melted cheese, high-quality smoked ham, a hint of mustard, and some ripe tomatoes – together, they make a fantastic meal.
Center Parcs ‘Italian Feast’ –
Yes, this is quite a specific one, but it basically resembles a pizza on a pancake, and we are all for it. A pancake infused with oregano and basil, topped with pepperoni, meatballs, sun-blushed tomatoes, and cheese. You can certainly try this at home!
