Pokemon Blind Bag Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all customers who place an order on the SkateHut website before Midnight on the 21st June 2024. Participants must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.

Entry: To enter the prize draw, simply place an order on the SkateHut website during the specified period. Each order placed counts as one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are allowed.

Draw Date: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be announced on 22nd June 2024.

Prize: The prize will be a Limited edition sealed Santa Cruz Pokemon Blind Bag Deck. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided with their order within 2 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, SkateHut reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity: By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data Protection: Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of the prize draw and in accordance with SkateHut's privacy policy.

General: SkateHut reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Governing Law: The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
