These terms and conditions apply to all orders made through SkateHut.com
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and product availability. The estimated delivery time will be shown when you choose a delivery option.
All orders are shipped from one of our warehouses in Europe.
If the goods were damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as possible: email@skatehut.com. Please attach some pictures where you can clearly see the damage.
Payments
You can pay with:
- ApplePay
- Credit card / debit card
- Google Pay
- PayPal
The amount will be deducted from your card when the order is shipped. If you use a debit card, the amount will be reserved in your account according to the terms applicable to your card until we either accept or decline the payment.
If you choose a payment method that offers deferred payment or payment in installments, the money will be deducted in accordance with the applicable terms of the chosen payment method.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from issuance. Any unused balance will be added to your SkateHut.com credit for future use. An unused balance can be claimed up to 1 year after expiration.

If you are unable to find a solution with us, you can send a complaint to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (online complaint portal) if you live in an EU country other than Denmark.

Appendix: Standard withdrawal form
This form only needs to be completed and returned if you exercise your right of withdrawal. It can be sent by email or included in the package when you return the goods.
